The National Basketball Players Association has informed players of a "doomsday provision" that could free owners from paying players a percentage of their salaries if the rest of the season doesn't happen because of the coronavirus, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Woj also stated that there's been no discussion about the league/owners trying to trigger the Force Majeure, but union wants to make sure players understand it exists.

Commissioner Adam Silver issued a letter to fans and said the plan is for the NBA to miss a minimum of 30 days.
