ATLANTA (105.3 THE FAN) - University of Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray is undecided about his professional sports future, one that could be equally bright as a quarterback in the NFL or as a baseball player with the Oakland A’s.

But we’ve learned that Murray has already finalized one “pro” decision: He’s inked his first endorsement deal.

Murray will be a brand ambassador for Mizzen+Main. a sports apparel company. Mizzen+Main will of course get the benefit of Murray’s reputation as an electric athlete with a high profile; Murray is a Major League Baseball first-round draft pick who has already signed his multimillion-dollar contract with the A’s and is also viewed as a possible first-round pick in April’s NFL Draft.

“I think that’s something me and my family will talk about at the end of the season and weigh out the options of what the NFL thinks of me,” Murray said recently of his baseball and football options. “We’ll see what happens.”

Murray will attend this week’s Super Bowl festivities, we’re told, accompanied by his father. It will be an opportunity for the dynamic playmaker to get a taste of the NFL world ... and surely to also promote his brand, which is now tied to Mizzen+Main, which is headquartered in Murray’s home area of DFW. The company has become a popular clothing option for  comfort in sporting, business and business casual attire.

Murray joins NFL All-Pro J.J. Watt and five-time golf major champion Phil Mickelson as a brand ambassadors of Mizzen+Main.
