DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - UNT offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Graham Harrell will leave the school to take the same position with the USC Trojans, according to Bruce Feldman of The Athletic.

Harrell replaces Kliff Kingsbury, who held the postition at USC for a brief time before leaving to become the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals.

The 33-year-old Harrell and Kingsbury both played quarterback at Texas Tech and developed his coaching style in the Air Raid offense created by former Tech and now Washington State head coach Mike Leach.

Harrell spent three seasons with North Texas, and helped lead the program to back-to-back nine win seasons. Under Harrell, the Mean Green offense was in the top-25 the last two seasons and quarterback Mason Fine haa a 58-20 touchdown-interception ratio over that time.

Prior to that, he was the receivers coach at Washington State under Leach.
