DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The Dallas Cowboys will be in search of a new strength and conditioning director after incumbent Mike Woicik was not retained to Mike McCarthy's staff on Monday.

Woicik's departure was first reported by ESPN's Todd Archer.

As the head of strength and condition for the Cowboys for the second time, Woicik spent nearly 15 years over two separate stints with the franchise.

Woicik first started in 1990, heading the program until 1996 and winning three super bowls with Dallas before moving on to the New Orleans Saints. He then returned to the Cowboys in 2011, staying with the franchise through nearly the entire Jason Garrett head coaching era.

Woicik was also with the New England Patriots from 2000 to 2010, where he was a part of three Super Bowls.
