DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The health of the Cowboys offensive line is a major question mark heading into Sunday's game against the New York Jets as starting tackles Tyron Smith (ankle) and La'el Collins (knee) continue to miss practice with injuries.

Team owner Jerry Jones was asked about Smith and Collins during his weekly appearance on 105.3 The Fan and sounded optimistic that one of them could play.

"It's down to today and it could even be as late as tomorrow before we will know, but I think it's safe to say we'll get half of them one way or the other," Jones said on the Ben and Skin Show.

105.3 The Fan's Mike Fisher believes Tyron Smith will be the one who's active on Sunday while the Cowboys play it safe with Collins.

Head coach Jason Garrett provided further evidence of that thinking Friday as he informed the media that Collins will not practice and Smith will do rehab work off to the side.

Should Smith and Collins not be able to go Sunday, Cameron Fleming will start at left tackle and Brandon Knight will start at right tackle. If just one of them is out then Fleming will draw the start.

The final injury report for Sunday will be released later today.
