DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett says he and his coaching staff will head to the University of Alabama to conduct workouts with some draft-eligible players.

On Tuesday, Garrett told media members at the owners' meetings in Florida that they'll meet with Crimson Tide players and put them through workouts on Wednesday.

According to David Moore of the Dallas Morning News, this will be Garrett's first visit to a college campus leading up to the draft in April.

Defensive back Minkah Fitzpatrick, defensive lineman Da'Ron Payne, linebacker Rashaan Evans and wide receiver Calvin Ridley are among the players the Cowboys will have an interest in.

Fitzpatrick is projected to land in the top half of the first round of the draft, while the other three could potentially be available when the Cowboys make the 19th overall selection.
