FRISCO (105.3 The Fan) - Dallas Cowboys defensive end David Irving is back at the team's facility this week, 105.3 The Fan's Mike Fisher reports.
3 David Irving notes: 1) He's seeing therapist on regular basis, his circle telling me he's not missed a session. 2) He's at #Cowboys HQ this week, working on conditioning. 3) His improved fitness is, I'm told, in part due to full Paleo diet. pic.twitter.com/AWQSQGdCEB

Irving has been seeing a therapist on a regular basis and has not missed a session, a source tells Fish.
Irving, who is suspended for the first four games of the season for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy, is working on his conditioning and his fitness has improved. He isn't permitted to practice with the team until next month when his suspension is lifted.
The four-year pro was away from the team as he sought help in a rehab facility over the summer. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said Irving's absence was "by design."
Irving has faced a number of problems this offseason. He found out in July that he would not face any discipline from the NFL after he was accused of domestic violence by the mother of his daughter
Fish reported at the time that the two were in a custody dispute in California.
As for a case happening back home in Texas, Frisco Police decided to not pursue charges against Irving after his former girlfriend admitted the allegations she made weren't true.
