ARLINGTON (AP/105.3 The Fan) - The Texas Rangers have released the lineup for tonight's game against the Arizona Diamondbacks, and Adrian Beltre isn't in it.

According to TR Sullivan, the Rangers will wait on Thursday to decide whether Beltre will need a third stint on the disabled list.

Beltre re-injured his left hamstring during Monday's 5-3 over Arizona while scoring from second base on Robinson Chirinos' single in the eighth inning. He was replaced at third base by Jurickson Profar in the ninth.

Profar will man third base tonight in place of Beltre.

Beltre, who got career hit No. 3,137 last night, was scheduled to have an MRI on Tuesday. It's unknown if he underwent one.

The future Hall of Famer missed 27 games over two stints on the disabled list with a strained left hamstring.
