DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Former Dallas Cowboys' wide-out Dez Bryant is not expected to sign with a new team until at least the start of training camp.

NFL Network's Ian Rapaport reported the news on Friday:

"It's not that he has not received interest. He has. He's received several phone calls from teams wanting to sign him.," Rapaport said on NFL Up To The Minute. "It's more Dez Bryant wanting to make sure he has a perfect fit, a winning organization and a team willing to do a one-year prove-it deal. That's what the Ravens did not do. It's what he wanted, and until a perfect team -- and it doesn't seem like there's a ton of perfect teams out there -- he's content waiting it out."

Cowboys executive Stephen Jones told Clarence Hill of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram earlier this week that he was surprised Bryant was still unsigned. Saying, " I am sure at the end of the day he is being thoughtful about what his next steps should be. I am sure he is working hard. No one is rooting for Dez more than we are.”

Tuesday Bryant posted a now-deleted comment on Instagram saying that he wanted to play for the 49ers. Bryant had previously expressed an interest in playing for the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants and Washington Redskins, but none of them have publicly expressed an interest in signing him.

Bryant rejected a three-year $21 million offer from the Ravens earlier this offseason.
